Hello, music lover and possible fan of “about” pages.  You’ve found one of the only pages on this website that isn’t about music.  What do you win?

A brief bio about me in 250 words or less!

My name is Sean, and I run newmusicrelease.net.  I started this site because I love music, and as a musician myself (DRUMS!) of over 20 years, I have a lot of things to say on the subject.  I also write a lot (FICTION!), so it was an obvious step to combine music with writing.  In starting NewMusicRelease.net, I wanted a clean and simple site that provided easy-to-access info on the latest and greatest releases, as well as my very own little soap box to talk about music.

For my actual job, I am a special ed teacher at a private school in Salt Lake City.  I love the snow, hate driving in it, and don’t ski.  I miss the beaches of southeastern U.S. where I lived for 23 years, BUT I REALLY REALLY LIKE THE SNOW.
